Well, the Web Back Machine is more formally known as the Wayback Machine by the Internet Archive; the establishment of this giant digital center was in 2001 by Brewster Kahle and Bruce Gilliat. It retains snapshots of at least 900 billion web pages back to 1995, just like having a photo album to flip through online history.
